ABOUT WILL
I am a fourth generation lawyer. My family have been attorneys in the Upper Cumberland since the 1940's. Prior to becoming an attorney, I was a Sheriff's Deputy in Clay and Overton County. Currently I live in the Upper Cumberland with my wife and our two daughters. Since beginning the practice of law, I have handled a wide variety of cases from election disputes, business disputes, criminal cases, divorces, custody disputes, contractor disputes, and many more.

Sydney is the Office Manger. She grew up in Cookeville, Tennessee, and graduated from Cookeville High School in 2013. She is responsible for a variety of responsibilities including all court filings and drafting of legal pleadings. She and her husband, Austin, reside in Overton County with their son, Parker and daughter Lennox.
